Delivery pillars

Four distinct pillars of expertise reinforce CorSource's platform of technology services deliverables.

Digitalization: We modernize your business's operations and processes with technology that provides actionable insights.

Data Insights and Management: We engage our technology acumen to support your business in creating, storing, maintaining, and using data to gain actionable insights for growth and scalability.

Security: We improve your security posture with a suite of services that identify and mitigate vulnerabilities, establish security best practices, and implement the right technology to protect your business operations.

Technology Resourcing: We deploy our technical talent following a flexible engagement model that offers a variety of scalable solutions for your shifting business needs.

Security

When it comes to securing your company's data, what you don't know truly can hurt you. Cybercrime is on a meteorically rising trajectory with hacker attacks occurring globally almost twice a minute. Simple human error accounts for 95% of cybersecurity breaches, and the impact of a vulnerability could be immediately crippling to your business. As with any other irreplaceable asset, your company's data requires a level of security on par with its value to your business.

From complementing an existing cybersecurity solution to optimizing cybersecurity policies and procedures, CorSource offers multiple customizable and scalable cybersecurity services to fortify your business line of defense:

•   CISO as a Service

•   Evaluation & Training

•   Threats & Vulnerabilities

•   Identity & Access Management

•   Policies & Procedures

•   Predictive Fraud Detection

Our team of security experts relies on up-to-the-minute information about cybercrime attacks and engages proven people, processes, and tools to protect your business from unknown and unanticipated security threats. And when we align any team of CorSource experts with your business's specific needs, we rely on the attunement and flexibility of our technology resourcing services to meet current requirements and anticipate future demands.

CISO as a Service

Information security may be an abstract concept, but if a single cyberattack can hobble a national supply chain system, consider the damage one could do to your business. As you assess your level of preparedness in the face of such a real risk, the insights on cybersecurity best practices a C-suite security officer can provide are paramount for maintaining business safety, not just today but into the future. And while you're in good company with many businesses like yours sharply focused on cybersecurity, there's simply a shortage of Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) in today's marketplace.

Your choice to partner with CorSource and take advantage of our CISO as a Service solutions offers easy and cost-effective access to the cybersecurity leadership your business needs in today's competitive marketplace. CISO as a Service provides all the benefits of an in-house CISO without the search challenges or the costs of paying out one of the highest salaries in technology. Our expert executive cybersecurity talent is exceptionally trained to discover vulnerabilities, monitor threats, implement new policies, and establish new procedures.

Recruiting senior security professionals

Business problem

CorSource was approached by a billion-dollar manufacturing technology client to find an experienced Senior Product Security Architect to fill a brand-new position at a time when high-level security candidates were the hottest of the hot commodities. The client's Directors of Software Engineering and Talent Acquisition and its CIO partnered with CorSource to tap our unique expertise and capabilities in security consulting and staffing. Given a six- to eight-week timeline, we defined the optimal candidate's technical and personal criteria only after discussing and assessing the client's needs, focusing on their current security landscape with an eye toward a future security roadmap. But we faced a terrific challenge: the security candidates the client needed were scarce and fiercely contested.

Approach

CorSource implemented a two-pronged approach to ensure discovery of qualified candidates by engaging our consulting services to tap into our CoE network of CISO candidates while leveraging our staffing services to initiate a full-scale, national search.

Engaging our established network of qualified, proven, and high-caliber technical leaders set the stage for a productive period of recruiting. We launched our process of sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates to the client while simultaneously conducting strategy sessions. During this same period, we recognized that the client's recent corporate structure changes required the kind of security leader who could not only establish an entire team of security engineers but also select tools and initiate effective processes and methodologies.

All challenges were appropriately addressed throughout the recruiting process. CorSource's multiple sourcing avenues through our consulting and staffing divisions provided a strong number of candidates for the client to consider. Communication via weekly client feedback meetings as well as continuous conversations with candidates maintained accurate expectations and ensured all parties shared a unified vision of the future roadmap.

Key results

In a market where demand for skilled security engineers had outpaced the overall IT job market by 300%, and where the client had been unable to find viable candidates on its own, CorSource delivered a slate of qualified candidates and filled the Senior Product Security Architect role. The search did more than fill one seat: it surfaced a second strong candidate, for whom the client opened an additional position, and it produced a repeatable hiring model the client now uses across the organization.

Web design and development

What do websites and snowflakes have in common?

Both are uniquely conceived and individually executed. But if they fail to capture and retain someone's directed attention to stay relevant in an ever-changing climate, they can fade into the background of a white eternity.

Unlike the makers of snowflakes, however, we at Red Pill Now are here to deliver some good news about our distinctive work. Not unlike the Great Creator of Snowflakes On High, we specialize in the design and development of unique and highly specialized products. But, unlike their snow-based cohorts, our web design and development products not only capture your information accurately; they stay true to form well beyond the most precious snowflake's normal lifespan (even in ideal conditions).

So what exactly does this mean for you?

Perhaps your need for socialized content and audience interaction calls for a content management system with web components that fit within a tailored WordPress model that is easily maintained by non-technical users. Or maybe your complex data management, functionality, or unique business case compels a custom website or application. Regardless of the shape of your snowflake, you will benefit from our two-step Discovery and Concept model in which we work with you to create a vision, content plan, and functional requirements for the development of your new web presence. These two steps set the stage for our next phase of development, which includes Design, Production, and Launch of your website.

In other words, we offer code and platform agnosticism to render the product best suited for your snowflake's pattern, trajectory, and distribution. And, if you need, we can integrate your legacy Domino data with any app or website to form the perfect snowball. We can even provide a fully managed custom hosting environment for your website or app where your snowflake can retain its unique shape over time, all while assuring ADA and 508 compliance so your content is accessible to the visually impaired.

And our work doesn't melt.
